The Business Development Manager will create, develop, and close new business opportunities.
Prospect, identify, and contact potential customers to accurately assess customer needs relative to the characteristics of their business.
Develop client relationships at the CXO level, sell solutions, professional services and/or enterprise software applications.
Formulate Account development strategies.
Meet and exceed periodically targeted revenue and profitability goals.
Coordinate client needs and specification with the delivery team in the offshore development center in India, and see that the final delivery to the client is within schedule.
An understanding of the offshore Business, preferably hands on experience in an Indian offshore set up.
Also needed are strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
A proven track record in preferably IT sales in to the Banking, Software, Finance, Insurance Industry.
Onsite experience to any of the above region would be an added advantage.
