Expertise in ASP.NET 3.5, C#.NET
Should have atleast 1 year experience in WCF, WPF and Silverlight
Expertise in Object Oriented Programming techniques, JavaScript, ASP.NET, AJAX, XML, XSLT, Web Services, Design Patterns and any unit testing framework (NUnit)
Ability to lead a diverse team with different skill levels and backgrounds, when assigned with complex tasks
Sound Knowledge of Threading, Performance Optimization and Security Analysis
Sound Knowledge of RDBMS
Ability to understand existing application programs and systems, troubleshoot issues, isolate problems and identify technical solutions
Ability to review and understand existing application code and relate to design/business functions
Ability to work with Business Analysts/Tech Leads to understand and discuss enhancements to existing application code, modules and application interfaces
Experience in creating technical documentation
Problem solving skills and the ability to think out of the box
