Ajith J. Pillai infuses Nous with his passion for excellence and entrepreneurship. AJ (as he is known in the business world) focuses on helping Nous evolve as a lead player in the marketplace, and strives to enrich the technology and business practices with diversity of thought and strategy. AJ has an MS in Computer Science and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, US.
Arvind Sirrah President - Sales
Arvind is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in global markets. He has led high performance sales organizations and has focused on directing his expertise towards client acquisitions. Prior to Nous, he was the President - North American Operations for Datamatics. He has also held senior leadership roles with diverse portfolios and key client partner relationships at Zensar and NIIT. Arvind leads our overall sales and marketing strategy. He holds an MBA in marketing and finance.
Buddhadeb Dasgupta Chief Operating Officer
Deb has over 22 years of experience in the IT industry and was last associated with Oracle Financial Services as the Vice President of Global Delivery. He was part of the leadership team at Oracle Financial Services where he oversaw Delivery, Account Management, Talent Management and Operations. He began his career with Information Technology Services, Tata Steel, Jamshedpur. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and has done his B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
CP Gangadharaiah Strategic Advisor & Global Head of Testing Services
Ganga has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the Information Technology field. Prior to joining Nous, he was the Sr. Vice President and Advisor to CEO at Wipro Technologies. He was associated with Wipro for the last 17 years as a key member of the Wipro Management team and was instrumental in building the Testing Services division at Wipro. He has done his M.Sc. in Computing Science from the University of Alberta and his Masters in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

Global Software Services Sreeni drives the Global Software Services division worldwide for Nous. He has over 22 years of experience in the IT industry. He has extensively worked in various business domains, with almost 15 years stint in the US IT industry. He has a Master’s degree in Science from IIT, Chennai and MBA in General Management from the US.
