Ajith J. Pillai
President & CEO
Ajith J. Pillai infuses Nous with his passion
for excellence and entrepreneurship, seeking
to align his beliefs with customer satisfaction
and leadership development. AJ [as he is known
in the business world] focuses on helping the
company evolve as a lead player in the marketplace,
and strives to enrich the technology and business
practices with diversity of thought and strategy.
AJ has an MS in Computer Science and a Masters
degree in Business Administration from the University
of Illinois, US.

Also, working
with him are members of the senior management,
responsible for Nous’ strategic practices.

Rajil Vohra
Senior Vice President- North America
Rajil has garnered a wealth of knowledge over 18 years of illustrious experience in varied industries. His excellent track record of scaling up businesses coupled with his entrepreneurial spirit is an added advantage to the Nous leadership team. As a professional, he is widely traveled and is known for his creative problem-solving by developing constructive business solutions out of complex, contentious situations.
Rajil joins us from Quinnox where he was heading the Banking and Payments business. Prior to that, Rajil was with RS Software as their General Manager - Sales & Business Development and also as President with Unilinx Inc in the USA.

Sunil
Sankar
Vice President
Operations & HR
Sunil heads the Operations & HR at Nous. Backed
with over 14 years of experience in HR & Administration
he is part of the leadership team of Nous since
2000, orchestrating various functions and involving
in its growth. He holds an MA (Econ) and MSW (Personnel
Management). Prior to joining Nous, he was responsible
for the HR and Employees Relations of an Indo-Japanese
Joint Venture company. |

Sreenivasan
Narayanan
Vice President
Global IT Services
Sreenivasan Narayanan (Sreeni) drives the IT services
division worldwide for Nous. His unique blend
of strong customer value creation approach, entrepreneurial
drive and vast strategy/technology consulting
background provides the agility and thought leadership
to navigate this division to the future.
Sreeni has over 18+ years of experience in the
IT industry and relocated to India in 2006 after
15+ years in USA. He has extensively worked on
higher education, finance, manufacturing, outsourcing
and systems integration space spanning several
technologies. |

His consulting services have
benefited clients like Harvard, Teradyne, Kellogs,
Bayer, to name a few. In addition to strategy
and technology consulting assignments he has held
several key senior management roles in his career.
Most recently he has held the position of Vice
President -Global Head OPD (Offshore Product Development)
business unit for ISGN.
He has a master’s degree in Science from
IIT, Chennai, India, and MBA in General Management
from the US.
He brings to Nous extensive
business strategy, business development, account
management, global delivery, building cross-functional
global teams, organizational best practices and
technology leadership skills.

Krish
Ramamoorthi
Vice President
Testree
Krishnamoorthi Ramamoorthi (or Krish as he is
fondly known) heads the TesTree initiative at
Nous. Krish comes with over 18 years of rich sales
experience which includes stints in the California
bay area at the peak of the technology boom. In
his career, he has worked with decision makers
of many top Fortune 500 organizations across the
regions of US, Europe and Asia. |
Under his leadership,
TesTree is well on its way to be among the leading
testing services brands in the IT community. |

Anand Rao
Business Head (vServe & Enterprise Solutions)
Anand, an alumni of REC Trichy and IIM Ahmadebad brings with him rich experience of over 18 years in the IT industry in various capacities. He has had vast experience in developing businesses in the international markets including the US and Europe. He was successful in developing businesses for Software Services, software Products, and enterprise solutions.
Prior to joining Nous Anand has worked with other organisations including TCS , PCL Mind Ware, Hinduja TMT etc and most recently as the VP - Marketing and Operations with a software development company based out of Bangalore .
