Software Technology Park of India (STPI), Govt. of India and Department of IT and Government of Karnataka have jointly given the award acknowledging the company's outstanding contribution as a global provider of IT solutions, onsite consulting, testing and verification and business process outsourcing for the year 2004-2005. Dayanidhi Maran, Union Minister for IT and Communications, has given the award to Ajith Pillai, President and CEO, Nous Infosystems at a ceremony attended by some of the reputed IT export companies in the country. Nous provides IT services to various large and medium size corporates in United States and Europe. Nous has achieved a revenue figure of Rs.33 crores in FY 2004-2005. For the quarter ended June 2005 it has made an impressive growth of over 90% as against the same period in the previous year. Nous is on its way to achieve this year's target of Rs.60 crores. Nous Infosystems has branches at USA, UK, Germany and Australia apart from their operations in the Middle East, Africa and South East Asian countries.
