Nous Direct Delivery Methodology
Nous best practices have been iterated over past several years from the core of our global delivery strategy that we call Nous Direct Delivery Methodologies (NDDM™). NDDM™ helps us provide both OPD (Offshore Product Development – ISV customers) and ADM (Application Development / Maintenance – Industry customers) services with agility, flexibility and predictability. Nous Best Approach
Nous Best Approach is a vital planning and execution approach that provides customer satisfaction through the engagement of different teams as follows:
Steering Committee (SC): The SC team defines the vision, mission and strategic road map for the individual engagements. The SC gets periodic updates from the project teams to ensure the objectives are met on time and also to facilitate course corrections
Business Team (Biz): The Biz team breaks down the business objectives, domain knowledge into requirements, modules and functional designs to an optimum level and helps the solution and engineering teams to build the system
Solution Team (Sol): The Sol team comprises of R&D and system architecture teams. The key objective achieved through this team is creating and managing proof-of-concepts, architecture design and golden footprint
Engineering Team (Eng): The Eng team focuses on providing technical design, coding and testing services by following industry standard coding guidelines and, hence, high quality application development
Testing Team (Tst): The Tst team focuses on providing high quality testing services based on the requirement specifications and test cases prepared by Nous and approved by the customer
Rollout Team (Rol): The Rol team comprises of deployment experts from Nous. The rollout strategy includes an effective and tailored pre-cut over, at cut-over and post-cut over tasks as these will vary based on the application complexities and multi-location deployment needs
