Job function
Ensuring Quality of projects being executed. Implementation of new processes and making sure projects adhere to existing Quality standards and processes Responsible for sustenance and improvement of the ISO/CMM Level 5 certifications Contribute to process improvements, tracking and monitoring of projects
Good technology understanding and good project management exposure Participate in project audits, project team discussions, project startups, closure Contribute to Lessons Learnt, Project Analysis, Reporting, Metrics collection Strong analytical and influencing ability Develop process definitions and process knowledge management mechanism for the Organization, in collaboration with software development managers
