It develops and markets a comprehensive range of award winning, easy to use, yet powerful windows software supports for filing tax forms 1099, 1098, W-2, 1042-S and many others. The customer handles customer queries and complaints throughout the year and the customer calls increase to around 250 per day during the period of November to March every year.
