This can be crosschecked by navigating to windows update and viewing update history
In order to resolve this issue, open the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Diagnostics,
- Navigate to ‘Advanced Troubleshooting’ tab,
- Click ‘Delete’ temporary files,
- Now click on ‘Enable’ the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook Add-In.
- Click Save.
Restart Outlook and it should start working as expected.
