Nous Infosystems and SmartBear Software announced the opening of the Nous-SmartBear Center of Excellence (CoE) in Bangalore, India. With customers are increasingly moving away from complex and expensive testing frameworks to SmartBear, the center will support growing migration and testing services for SmartBear's products.
