Nous and SmartBear have entered into a strategic partnership to establish the Nous – SmartBear Center of Excellence (CoE). The CoE will enable customers to quickly adopt SmartBear tools and ensure the quality and performance of applications through Testree, the independent verification and validation division of Nous Infosystems.
