We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to work with our delivery engine to architect technology-agnostic solutions for customers.

Job Description:

The role involves defining the technology roadmap for the customers and managing the Nous Technology Advisory Group (TAG) and various architects within Nous.

The Technical Architect will be responsible for:

  • Building and institutionalizing reusable tools, assets, and demonstrable POCs.
  • Instilling best practices in code quality, design patterns, principles, etc.
  • Anchoring the presales technical solution team.
  • Providing technical guidance to engineers.
  • Coaching and mentoring architects, developers, and others involved.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 12+ years of experience with .NET Core/ASP.NET/C#/Azure/frontend technologies like Angular, React, etc.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure with good knowledge of using Microsoft Azure (IAAS / PAAS), Azure Service Bus, Storage Account, Topics, cloud services Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure DevOps, Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos, Service Fabric, ARM templates, PowerShell.
  • Hands-on experience in building SPA using Angular/React/Vue and others.
  • Strong expertise in architecture, designing, implementing, and maintaining service-oriented applications, websites, and internet-based applications primarily written in .NET.
  • Proficiency in container technology such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
  • Good knowledge of database design and experience with multiple database systems, RDBMS, and NoSQL.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development lifecycle and software design principles
  • Experience in working with IoT, Big Data, and DevOps (CI/CD) is beneficial.
  • Fluent and updated on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction.
  • Desire to expand knowledge and experience and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Business acumen to determine the feasibility of customer requests and balance business decisions with technology development.
  • Demonstrated ability and interest in serving as a leader and mentor to other engineers on the team and assisting in hiring future engineers.
  • Ability to meet individual commitments, collaborate to achieve team commitments and respond to requests on time. Willing to help – supervisory, coaching, and teaching skills to lead and/or supervise direct reports.
