A global engineering and construction solutions provider wanted to reduce manual effort across complex SDLC workflows involving requirement analysis, user story creation, testing, deployment coordination, and developer documentation. Nous implemented an AWS-native Agentic AI platform powered by Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, and OpenSearch Serverless to automate end-to-end developer workflows. The solution enabled intelligent artifact generation, contextual retrieval, workflow orchestration, and secure integration with Jira, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD systems. By reducing manual workflow stages from over 25 steps to fewer than 5 automated stages, the platform improved developer productivity, accelerated delivery timelines, enhanced workflow traceability, and reduced SDLC effort by approximately 60%.
